I ship world-wide. Most artwork, with the exception of large paintings, ships free within the United States. Please add you selection(s) to your Art Cart to calculate shipping prices.
Shipping & Handling Time
Once an order is placed, it takes approximately 10-14 days to arrive at your door unless it is very large and shipped by freight (see below).
I ship most orders with USPS. All shipments are well protected, and I will send a tracking number by email for each package.
If you are shipping to an APO, FPO or DPO address, you can expect delays on the shipping of your order.
I live in a suburb of Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. If you live within a day’s drive of Little Rock I will personally bring large or fragile art pieces to you and install them for free. I also provide custom framing and re-framing services.
Crate & Freight
Large artwork requires special packaging and delivery. Typically, these will be pieces larger than 24″x36″ (61 x 91.5 cm) and which can not be rolled and shipped in a tube.
These will appear as “Crate and Freight Billed Separately” during checkout. Please complete your order to secure your purchase. I will contact you to discuss shipping options. You can cancel free of charge if the shipping costs are not acceptable to you, but I will do my best to work with you to ensure that you receive your artwork and are thrilled with your purchase.
The following are options that may apply based on your location and the size of the artwork:
- I may deliver the artwork free of charge to you if you reside within a few hours drive of my studio.
- You or someone you assign can pickup the artwork at a scheduled time from my studio. If you are an art collector with an existing relationship with a Crate & Freight company then you may prefer to have them pickup the work and bill you directly.
- I may carefully and safely package the artwork myself (including building a crate if needed) and arrange shipment to you. This option depends on the specific artwork and is not available for international shipping.
- I will work with an insured Crate & Freight company who will pickup the artwork, crate it, and ship it to you. There are two national chains who have locations near me. International crate & freight orders ship via a company highly-experienced in shipping art worldwide and meeting complex customs regulations. They also use ISPM-15 certified crates.
I ship worldwide.
If you see “International Shipping Billed Separately” during checkout, then please complete your order to secure your purchase. I will contact you with a shipping quote and bill you separately for shipping. You can cancel free of charge if the shipping costs are not acceptable to you, but I will do my best to work with you to ensure that you receive your artwork and are thrilled with your purchase.
Most orders ship internationally via USPS. This is the best safest method to get your artwork through customs and minimizes the chances of your package being opened and damaged in the process.
See Option 4 above for international crate & freight orders.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. You can research the duty and tax the artworks will be liable for on DutyCalculator.com. You may also check with me about the possibility of sending your artwork ‘Delivery Duty Paid’.
